Addiss Enterprises is a registered trade name of Salal Hub LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Seattle. This policy explains what personal information we collect through addissenterprises.com and in the course of working with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, organization, email address, phone number and project details when you use our contact form, email us, call us or text us.
- Order information. Contacts, shipping addresses and invoicing details we need to quote, produce, deliver and bill an order. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
- Website usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the site that referred you. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies from Google (Analytics and related advertising measurement), Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.
How we use it
We use personal information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, produce and ship orders, send invoices and receive payment, keep business records, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, form handling, email, analytics, phone and text messaging, and accounting, and with the suppliers and carriers that make and deliver your order. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information with professional advisors, when the law requires it, or with a successor if the business is transferred.
Text messaging
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving them.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep client and order records for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. We delete inquiries that don’t lead to work when we no longer need them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you live in a US state or a Canadian province with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights, and we will honor requests as that law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
